Our policy is to keep bugs down to a minimum, but some are sure to slip through the cracks. You can use the "Report a bug" form to report a defect, explain how you encountered it, and even attach screenshots. As soon as you the app, you will find Report a bug button in the left corner of the main navigation bar:
Report a bug button will navigate you to the bug reporting page, where you can describe the defect and create a ticket for it that the development team can refer to in order to fix it. It's important to attach screenshots showing exactly what happened, because they will help the dev team reproduce the bug easier.
Add screenshots using the Add Attachment button. You can choose up to five images from your local storage / device, but each image has to be under 3MB. You can easily remove added attachments and upload new ones in case you change your mind about the screenshots.
Using the Create Ticket button will get you to the "Thank you" page if all the information checks out.
You will get an email with the number of your ticket which you can use for communication with the dev team.
