You can navigate to Tenant Management Page using the Tenants link in the sidebar.

Use the Tenant Management Page to:

Every tenant that gets created exists as a separate entity with its own isolated instance of the application. You can navigate to it using the hostname link that you can copy from Tenant Management Page or Tenant Page.

System Tenant Administrator is in charge of and setting up .
