Change status

Open the User page for a specific user, and use the pen button to edit the account status section as shown in this example:

User status will change automatically depending on user actions, but an administrator (or other account with permissions to edit user information) can always manually change the status if needed:

  • New - this status is assigned by default when user gets created until that user signs into the application for the first time.

  • On-Boarding - User status will change to on-boarding, as soon as the user signs into the application for the first time. User can choose to complete or skip the on-boarding process completely, thus automatically changing his status to active.

  • Active - once on-boarding process is completed / skipped, user status will change to active.

  • Disabled - Administrator (or other account with permissions to edit user information) can change users status to disabled, effectively preventing that user from signing into the application.

To complete / cancel updates, use the save / cancel buttons located in the top right corner of that section.
